This is the mount used to hold two master cylinders. You can upgrade your single mastercylinder pedal assembly to the dual master cylinder set up by swapping out this part (34-661) plus the base plate to 34-621 and the brake pedal to #34-6001. Then add the balance bar #34-760 and another master cylinder #36-003.
