The Jacob's Ladder paddle is 1" shorter than the original 04-603.
Must be used with when mounting the brake on the right side of the right bearing carrier. It will move the right bearing carrier in 1" to allow the wheel to be moved in.
It also can be used to be able to run a straight right side torsion arm.
