Power Steering Unit, Standard

Power Steering Unit, Standard for Micro Sprint includes everything you see here. You will need the upper steering shaft, collapsible steering shaft, and the upper u-joint if you are converting from manual steering to power steering.

Instructions:  
The white wire on the harness goes to a switch on the dash. The other screw on the switch goes to 12 volt positive terminal on the battery. The large diameter black and red wires on the harness will go directly to the battery.  

Turn the power steering on after the car is started to avoid a voltage drop to the PS which can cause a fault while racing.  

We highly recommend the 16-Cell Anti Gravity or the 14 Amp Deka Battery when using this unit. The 8-Cell Anti-Gravity or other small amp battery may not work correctly with this unit as the draw from the power steering is too high.
