170 Watt Power Steering Unit for Junior Sprints

You will need the upper steering shaft, collapsible steering shaft, and the upper u-joint if you are converting from manual steering to power steering.

Instructions:
The white wire on the harness goes to a switch on the dash, the other screw on the switch goes to 12volt +. The large diameter black and red wires on the harness will go directly to the battery.

Turn the power steering on after the car has been started to avoid a voltage drop to the power steering which can cause a fault while racing.

The 8 Cell Anti-Gravity or other small amp battery may not work correctly with this unit as the draw from the power steering is too high. A 16 cell Anti-Gravity Battery is recommended.
