Hyper Racing's exclusive Tri-Lock upper steering shaft provides a super secure way to attach the quick release steering hex to the upper steering shaft. Instead of welding the two pieces together, this unique design uses a tri-safety factor to attach the two.

- The shaft is spline fitted to the hex
- The hex is held on by set screws into machined undercuts
- The hex is bolted to the shaft
